VALUES & ETHICS
It is necessary for all public servants to adopt certain ideals and ethics throughout their careers. I choose both the ICMA and ASPA codes of ethics for my career in public service. I will ensure to follow these values throughout my career.
High Level of Integrity: I have decided to always do the right thing, with or without supervision or efficiency and effectiveness measures.
Professionalism: I carry myself with a high sense of professionalism and ensure good work ethics in every role I have taken.
Neutrality: I deal with every situation or individual on neutral grounds without any preconceived perceptions which would lead to bias
Efficiency: I strive to achieve all my tasks in an efficient and productive manner
